On Thursday 17 November, at the Giovanni XXIII Congress Centre in Bergamo, the 1.000 best performer companies from the province of Bergamo were awarded, which is still one of the most prolific production centers in Europe.
AERIS SRL has been selected and awarded among these companies, chosen by the Centro Studi ItalyPost and L’Economia del Corriere della Sera.
In particular, the 1,000 best companies were selected according to the following parameters:
- Turnover 2020: more than 5 million euros
- MORE rating: “Balanced” and “Excellent” (B-BB-BBB-A-AA-AAA)
- Average EBITDA 2020-2019-2018: 10.60% or more
- Net result 2020: positive
The conference was attended by entrepreneurs and prominent institutional figures.
The 1.000 companies awarded represent 3.8% of Bergamo companies, out of a total of about 27,000 companies. The aggregate results of the companies that received the certificate amounted to more than 31 billion euros in 2020 and more than 38 billion in 2021, underlining the steady growth of the companies in question.
EBITDA, which is the gross operating margin (profitability indicator that shows the income of a company based only on its operating management), corresponds to 13.50% in 2020, while in 2021 it reaches 13.84%.
